The Green Schools Committee held a recycling art competition recently.
On Wednesday, 11th May, the whole school got an opportunity to see over a hundred amazing entries in the school hall.
There was a tremendous effort made by so many girls in our school and their families - we had entries from Junior Infants all the way up to Sixth Class!
Everyone was astounded by incredible rockets, robots, castles, animals, musical instruments and so much more - we even had a fridge, the GPO and a replica of our school.
The level of creativity and skill on display was so high it was impossible for our judge to choose a winner! Instead the Green Schools Committee decided that there will be something special coming for all who entered very soon!
